Returns & Exchanges
We offer a simple 14-day return policy: please initiate returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original condition.
Eligibility
To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, with tags/labels intact, and returned in original packaging along with your proof of purchase. We appreciate your care in keeping them pristine.
How to Return
Simply email us at mybluematerials@gmail.com to start the process. Please ship to: 6 Princes Court, SE16 7TD, London, UK, using a tracked service (at your expense for change-of-mind returns). Returns without prior approval aren't accepted, but we'll guide you every step of the way.
Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, kindly cover return shipping. We happily cover it (plus original shipping) if the item is faulty, damaged, or in case of our error.
Damages & Issues
Please check your order on arrival and reach out right away if anything's amiss. We'll arrange a free return, replacement, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We can't accept returns on custom, personalised, sale, or gift card items unless faulty. Please feel free to ask about your specific case.
Exchanges
The easiest path is to return for a refund, then place a new order for your preferred item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off
For EU deliveries, you have 14 days to cancel for any reason (same conditions apply; return shipping at your cost).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect (usually 2-5 business days), we'll confirm and refund to your original payment details within 10 business days. Banks may take a bit longer. Please contact us if over 15 days.
